Rob Mason - director of Masons Real Estate has extensive sales knowledge and experience with a career spanning nearly five decades, our Sales Director stands as a pillar of excellence, leadership, and unwavering dedication in the real estate industry. For 48 years, Rob has not only witnessed the evolution of the market but has actively shaped it mentoring generations of agents, guiding countless clients to their dream properties, and setting the gold standard for professionalism and integrity.

Melanie Laube - our co director also holds her agents registration and is a licensed land agent. Melanie has been with the company since 1993 and is someone who keeps everything running smoothly—While Melanie isn’t always out on the front lines closing deals, her impact is felt in every moment of our day-to-day operations.
With a deep understanding of the industry and a sharp eye for detail, Melanie ensure our office runs like clockwork. From coordinating schedules and supporting agents to managing compliance, marketing, and client communications, her role is vital to our success.

Carol Hunter - Carol joined Masons Real Estate in 2008, cutting her teeth in sales while resiliently enduring one of the toughest markets in recent history—the Global Financial Crisis (GFC). Her proactive approach to industry learning, combined with the depth of experience she’s gained since, underpins a high level of professional competence. Carol offers an insightful understanding of the complexities involved in buying and selling property, guiding clients with clarity and confidence through every step of the process. Inherently client-focused, she blends genuine empathy with a steadfast commitment to achieving optimal results.

John Leahy - John is a long-term member of our team who was born and bred in Murray Bridge, has a real passion for the town, its' history and more importantly its future, which he is heavily involved with in his position of the Murray Bridge Race Club and which he believes is exciting and vibrant. He is well known throughout the town with his business and community work and has been successful in his real estate dealings due to his knowledge of the area, honesty with both Vendor and Purchaser and hardworking attitude to secure an outcome where all parties are happy. His no nonsense, professional approach to marketing and selling a property is an attractive alternative for his large client base and he is ready now to deliver the same service to any new or old clients looking to sell in either residential or commercial, where he has recently had outstanding success.
